Project details presented by Nick Muhvic of LDA Architecture.  Presented details on the landscaping, fencing, materials, brick repair and tuckpointing as needed.

  • Concerns about the white vinyl window frames.
  • Concerns about the smaller windows in the larger openings and overall window fenestration.
  • Where are the floor plans?

 

Khrys Shefton from Famicos Foundation is available to comment on the proposal and to ask for a full map of all the locations in the scope of the full project, to ask for a stained wood board on board fence, and to ask that the developer really consider the resident experience inside and outside of the building.

  • May need a tree for every 40' along the lenght of your parking lot
  • Is there a detail for the dumpster enclosure?
  • Is there a better light fixture selection than the wall packs?
  • Concerned that the lower windows will not meet safey and fire regulations for emergency exit.
  • Investigate illuminating under the alcove for the front door and using a more decorative lighting fixture above the door.
